We re Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Follow-Up Role) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana- Open Positions: 2 Female Candidates Working Days: 6 Days a Week | - Rotational OffPosition: Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Follow-Up Key Responsibilities:- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM regularly.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.- Provide basic product/service information when needed.- Ensure customer queries and concerns are handled professionally.
