The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.Responsibilities:- Sales activities- Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet sales - quotas - Administrative tasks- Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and update the CRM system - Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads - Territory management- Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis - Monitoring competitors- Monitor the company s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions - FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales manager.
