Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with little to no experience in sales but have a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and closing sales opportunities. As a Tele sales Executive, you will be an important part of driving revenue and establishing lasting relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective customers through cold calling and warm leads.- Product Promotion: Present and promote our products/services effectively over the phone to potential customers.- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.- Lead Generation: Identify new leads and business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.- Sales Closure: Close sales and achieve individual sales targets in line with team goals.- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to close sales and build customer loyalty.- CRM Management: Log customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate information.- Reporting: Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the team leader/manager.- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch strategies and improve lead conversion.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers are welcome).- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.- Confidence: Ability to speak confidently with potential customers and build relationships.- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales.- Target-Oriented: A passion for achieving sales targets and delivering results.- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to evolving business needs.- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
