Job Title: Branch ManagerLocations: Hubli, Belgaum, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Dadar ,Mumbai, Vashi Mumbai & ChennaiSalary/Rate: As Per Industry StandardsSummary:Key Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline; higher degrees preferred.- Strong understanding of local demographics in the assigned region.- Established relationships with IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), CAs (Chartered Accountants), and deep knowledge of the financial industry.- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) / IFA / Financial Products.- Team handling experience is an added advantage.Primary Responsibilities:Recruitment:- Generate leads for Financial Product Distributors (FPDs).- Conduct Business Opportunity Sessions (BOS) for upcoming and existing FPDs.- Guide and assist new FPDs in clearing the NISM certification exams.Business Development:- Provide regular training to partners on available financial products.- Develop and implement business development plans for partners.- Support through Joint Calls, Client Meetings, Asset Allocation strategies, and Product Diversification.- Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and IFAs in the assigned territory.- Communicate effectively about products, solutions, and services to drive partner business growth.- Conduct regular partner meetings to update knowledge and share best practices.Desired Candidate Profile:- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and excellent at building interpersonal relationships.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Sound knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and distribution network.
