The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company s footprint in the BFSI domain by identifying new business opportunities, deepening existing client engagements, and staying abreast of industry trends.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets in the BFSI sector.- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers or Sales Executives.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
