- Achieve monthly, quarterly and Annual sales Target.- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.- Analyse store performance metrics and Develop action plans to Improve sales.- Customer Experience Management - Deliver an exceptional in store experience with Tanishq s brand values.- Handle high value customers and build long term relationship.- Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.- Handling team leadership and development - Motivate team to achieve individual goals and conducting regular performance reviews and provide feedback.Store Inventory Management- Overall Operation Management of the store.Note - - Candidate must have an experience as a Store Manager in Jewellery or Automotive Industry.
