We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Business Development Head to spearhead growth in this sector.Role Overview- As the Regional Business Development Head (Hospital Vertical), you will lead the hospital partnerships and sales strategy in the Delhi NCR region.
-Your primary objective will be to onboard new hospitals, build lasting relationships, and maximize revenue from existing partners. You will manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and act as the face of TechXR to hospital stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Sales/Business Development team focused on hospital partnerships.- Identify, approach, and sign up new partner hospitals.- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and drive deal closures.- Oversee smooth onboarding and setup of TechXR s VR solutions at hospitals.- Act as the primary point of contact for hospital administration and staff.- Track sales performance and reporting metrics regularly.- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and product success.Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales roles with direct exposure to hospitals.- Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing high-velocity sales teams.- Proven track record of closing large-value deals with hospitals.- Strong network and deep relationships within the hospital/healthcare ecosystem in Delhi NCR.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Experience in introducing and scaling tech-based solutions in hospitals is a plus.
