Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Channel Sales Account Manager:- Develop and Execute Channel Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets through channel partners.
-Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
-Partner Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance their success.
-Training and Support: Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company s products or services.
-Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to align channel efforts with company goals.
-Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
-Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Manage sales pipelines, generate sales forecasts, and report on channel performance.
-Compliance: Ensure that partners adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as industry standards. (ref:updazz.com)
