The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting compelling content for email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, and product communications. A keen eye for trends, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with any email/WhatsApp campaign platforms (like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WATI, etc.) is essential.- This role is perfect for someone who can blend marketing strategy with creative writing to drive engagement, conversions, and brand love.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation- Write crisp, persuasive, and high-converting copy for email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp messages, event promotions, product updates, and nurture journeys.- Develop engaging subject lines, CTAs, and conversational copy tailored to different audience segments.2. Trend Research & Ideation:- Stay up to date with the latest trends in business automation, SaaS, and digital communication.- Ideate campaign content that is fresh, relatable, and relevant to business owners and decision-makers.3. Campaign Support:- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan campaign calendars.- Create content for pre and post-webinar communication, product launches, seasonal offers, referral drives, and user engagement journeys.- Understand our audience - business owners across industries - and craft content that speaks to their pain points and aspirations.- Create urgency-driven and story-based copy for campaign funnels, including lead nurturing, reminders, upsell messages, referrals, and more.- Support the marketing team in campaign planning by contributing ideas for hooks, subject lines, and WhatsApp scripts.4. Brand Voice & Consistency:- Maintain a consistent tone, language, and message across all communications that reflect the brand personality.5.
