Academic Counsellor - Sales - Education (2-4 Yrs) Noida (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities :- Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, walk-ins, and counselling sessions.- Understand student needs, career goals, and educational backgrounds to offer appropriate course/program guidance.- Handle end-to-end student onboarding, from counselling to enrollment and post-admission support.- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets and conversion ratios.- Stay updated with course offerings, curriculum updates, and competitive programs in the market.- Organize and participate in webinars, academic workshops, and orientation programs.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling, career counselling, or student advisory roles.- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
