Job Description
Job Overview:The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving franchise growth through the acquisition of new franchisees. This position will involve identifying and cultivating new leads, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and guiding them through the entire sales process to ensure the successful opening of new franchise locations.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and target potential franchisees by researching and networking.- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to generate leads.- Qualify leads and follow up on inquiries related to franchise opportunities.Franchise Sales Process:- Present franchise opportunities to prospective franchisees, highlighting the benefits and value of the brand.- Conduct in-depth meetings with leads, including financial, operational, and market evaluations.- Assist potential franchisees in completing the franchise application process, providing them with necessary documents and answering questions.- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure the successful onboarding of new franchisees.Franchisee Relationship Management:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing franchisees.- Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure they are well-informed and confident in their business decisions.- Act as the liaison between corporate and franchisees, ensuring effective communication.Sales Target Achievement:- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to franchise sales.- Track and report on sales progress, challenges, and successes to senior management.Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence:- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new franchise locations.- Provide input to the marketing team on how to best position the franchise offering in the market.Training & Development:- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials for new franchisees.- Provide guidance on marketing strategies and operational practices to ensure the success of new franchisees.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of franchise business models and operations.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in [industry-specific experience] or a similar franchise environment.- Fluency in [languages, if applicable].- Familiarity with franchise CRM software and other sales tools.
