The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide students toward the right courses and career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires- Consult students and guardians on available courses, career prospects, and admission processes.- Understand students interests, qualifications, and goals to recommend relevant programs.- Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.- Assist students in the enrollment process, providing necessary guidance and support.- Maintain and update student records, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.- Conduct career counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars as needed.- Stay updated with industry trends and educational developments to provide accurate guidance.Qualifications:- Bachelor s and Master s degree in management or related fieldRequirements:- 6 months to 2 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or sales in the education sector.- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.- Ability to handle student queries and provide solutions effectively.- Experience in CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.- Passion for helping students and a goal-oriented mindset.
