IT Sales Executive

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products, software solutions, and services to prospective clients, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and relationship management skills . The IT Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions .

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

• Assist in pre-sales support, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations .

3. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and generate leads.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue potential accurately .

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends .
• Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Provide insights to the management team to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies .
• Identify industry segments and target markets for focused outreach.

5. Proposal & Contract Management

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales contracts for clients.
• Present solutions clearly, highlighting benefits and ROI for the client .
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure business deals.
• Ensure timely submission of all sales documentation .

6. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business .
• Follow up regularly to address client queries and provide ongoing support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain high service standards.

7. Reporting & Documentation
