Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team and play a vital role in the production of precision components. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce high-quality parts in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. The role requires the ability to interpret technical documents, select appropriate tools, load materials, and adjust machine settings to achieve the desired output while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The operator will be expected to inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with quality standards, and to make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy. In addition, the CNC Operator will carry out routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure machines are functioning effectively to minimize downtime. The position also involves maintaining production records, adhering to safety protocols, and keeping the work area clean and organized.&

Candidates should hold an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, with proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role. A solid understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes is essential, along with good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, quality-focused, adaptable to shift work, and committed to continuous learning and improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing process.
