Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Posting

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn .
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all channels.
• Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and trends to increase reach and engagement.
• Upload images, videos, reels, and stories with proper descriptions and captions.

2. Content Creation & Curation

• Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually appealing posts, banners, and reels.
• Research trending topics, viral content, and new formats to keep the brand relevant.
• Write creative, catchy, and error-free captions and headlines.
• Repurpose existing content to fit different platforms effectively.

3. Social Media Engagement

• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries from followers.
• Engage with users by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts to improve visibility.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the online audience.
• Monitor competitors social media activity to stay ahead in the market.

4. Video & Reel Management

• Assist in creating short-form videos and YouTube shorts for better reach.
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos by adding proper titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Experiment with creative video ideas to improve engagement.

5. Trend Analysis & Optimization

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices .
• Use insights from analytics to improve content performance.
• Experiment with posting times, formats, and hashtags to maximize audience engagement.
• Keep track of trending hashtags, viral challenges, and popular audio clips.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor social media performance through tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, and Google Analytics .
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on audience growth, post reach, and engagement.
• Suggest strategies based on analytics to improve content effectiveness.
