Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Customer Calls

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers regarding products, services, or promotions.
• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and address queries promptly.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and positive tone during every conversation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure query resolution and customer satisfaction .

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Identify potential leads through outbound calls, databases, or CRM systems.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers and answer their queries.
• Assist in converting leads into confirmed sales or appointments .
• Achieve individual and team-based sales or lead targets .

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
• Gather feedback and understand customer needs to improve offerings.
• Record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the company database.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved .
• Update CRM systems with relevant customer information.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with supervisors.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest ways to improve call efficiency.

5. Process Compliance

• Follow the scripts, guidelines, and standard operating procedures provided by the company.
• Ensure all communication is in line with company policies and legal guidelines .
• Maintain data security and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with the team leaders and quality control team to improve performance.
