Required Graduate Fresher - Vadodara

Introduction

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic Graduate Fresher (Male) for our Vadodara Gotri office . The ideal candidate should have excellent documentation skills , strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel) , and a willingness to travel across Gujarat as part of operational and business requirements. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about learning, flexible to travel, and eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative coordination, documentation, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Record Management

• Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents, agreements, reports, and correspondence .
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all documentation.
• Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
• File, store, and retrieve documents as per company policies.

2. Computer & MS Office Operations

• Work extensively on MS Word for drafting letters, reports, and proposals.
• Create and manage PowerPoint presentations for meetings, client pitches, and training sessions.
• Use MS Excel & Advanced Excel for data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
• Prepare charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and manage large data sets effectively.

3. Travel & Field Coordination

• Be ready to travel across Gujarat for client visits, vendor coordination, and operational requirements.
• Assist the operations team in on-site documentation, verification, and inspections .
• Represent the company professionally while visiting external stakeholders.

4. Administrative & Office Support

• Support the senior management in day-to-day administrative tasks .
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and data summaries for internal use.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding documents and approvals.
• Help the team with scheduling, appointment management, and fieldwork planning.

5. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Communicate effectively with clients and partners during visits.
• Collect, verify, and submit necessary documents as per company requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, customers, and other external parties.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• MS Office Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Good knowledge of email drafting, online submissions, and document preparation .
• Ability to handle digital records and file management systems.

2. Documentation Skills

• Strong attention to detail in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining documents.
• Understanding of professional formats and proper filing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple documents efficiently under deadlines.

3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati .
