All you need is a laptop or mobile, proficiency in English with any Indian language, and the zeal to create captivating video content. Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Sony Vegas
  • Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and VFX
  • Photoshop or Illustrator for thumbnail creation (added advantage)
• Knowledge of color correction, color grading, and audio balancing .
• Understanding of different video formats, codecs, and rendering techniques .

2. Creative & Storytelling Skills

• Ability to transform raw footage into engaging stories .
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing in video editing.
• Understanding of brand positioning, audience preferences, and visual aesthetics .

3. Analytical & Optimization Skills

• Knowledge of video analytics, engagement rates, and audience retention .
• Ability to optimize videos for SEO and social media performance .
• Understanding of platform-specific video requirements for better visibility and reach .

4. Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines .
