Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and presentable female telecaller to join our consultancy team
If you have good communication skills and a positive attitude this is the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing details clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company while pitching products.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone to build customer trust.

2. Inbound Call Handling

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries promptly.
  • Provide accurate product or service information as requested.
  • Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience during every call.
  • Direct calls to relevant departments if required.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate qualified leads through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales and lead generation targets .
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services wherever possible.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers on pending queries, leads, or transactions.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention .

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Update customer information regularly and ensure database accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and targets achieved.
  • Share feedback and insights with the management team for process improvements.

6. Coordination with Teams

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for lead follow-ups.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies.
  • Share customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.
  • Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to explain products or services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.

2. Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to convince potential customers and close sales effectively.
  • Knowledge of telesales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and overcom
