Required Purchase Assistant - Mumbai

-Check and keep ordering as per required stock, Manage Inventory -Order as per need -Provide Price and Lead time -Entry in Tally and google sheets and Keep them updated -Co-ordination with Local and International Vendors -Search for new Vendors -Negotiate -Co-ordinate with Sales, order Processing and Warehouse Team -Check readiness of the items before dispatch -Check for faulty and co-ordinate with vendor for repair and replacement

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and purchase software.
• Understanding of taxation, GST, and other billing formalities .
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques.

2. Negotiation & Communication Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to secure cost-effective deals .
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle vendor disputes and resolve issues professionally.

3. Organizational & Analytical Skills

• Attention to detail to ensure accurate purchase orders and records.
• Analytical mindset to compare supplier quotes and select the best options.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Bachelor s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferred: Diploma or certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
