Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team at Migsaga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research .
  • Generate leads via email campaigns, social media platforms, and industry events.
  • Build a strong database of prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Approach potential clients proactively to present company products or services .

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the company , ensuring smooth communication.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
  • Develop strategies to expand the company s market presence and reach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive pricing models and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer demands and market dynamics .
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on market insights.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, revenue, and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and manage client data effectively.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies .
  • Familiarity with CRM software, lead management tools, and MS Office .
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills .
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities .
  • Positive attitude and high level of self-motivation .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience to handle rejections and ability to meet deadlines.
