Job Description
Market Development- Planning and strategizing depot locations for both short-term (1 year) and long-term (5 years).- Analyzing area data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives.- Exploring and opening new dealer counters to enhance sustainable sales potential and increase participation.- Gathering reliable information about the business ecosystem, customers, areas, and competition for market mapping and informing management.Revenue Responsibility- Achieving targeted value and volume for the designated geography.- Preparing plans to meet the depot s monthly business objectives and working towards achieving targets as per the budget.- Supporting dealers in reaching their sales goals through regular visits, scheme communication, and prompt service.- Growing core products along with new and focused product lines.Channel Management- Executing channel initiatives, schemes, and control measures.- Addressing dealer queries promptly to maintain productive relationships.- Managing significant accounts (My Market).- Assisting dealers in resolving issues raised by influencers and end consumers.- Ensuring the availability of materials, services, and promotional tools through coordination with other functions.- Implementing marketing strategies, product launches, promotions, pricing, product mix, and distribution policies.- Investigating and resolving dealer complaints within established timelines.Commercial Responsibility- Managing all accounting and audit-related queries.- Collecting receivables as per organizational norms and reviewing the creditworthiness of business partners.Influencer Management- Driving influencer loyalty programs according to organizational policies, ensuring influencers receive benefits as per the loyalty program structure.Key Performance IndicatorsQuantitative:1.
