- Position Title: Marketing Executive - Housekeeping Services- Department: Sales & Marketing- Reports To: VP/Director/Management- Location: Bangalore Requirement : Immediate Position Summary:The Marketing Executive - Housekeeping Services will be responsible for promoting the company s housekeeping and facility management services, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships. The role involves executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and supporting business development initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and market housekeeping and facility management services to prospective clients.- Generate new leads through market research, networking, and client visits.- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and facility heads.- Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and quotations.- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored service solutions.- Maintain records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.- Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and negotiations under the guidance of senior management.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or service industry.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Competencies:- Client Orientation - Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.- Persuasion & Negotiation - Skilled in convincing and closing deals.- Result Orientation - Focused on achieving sales and revenue targets.- Market Awareness - Knowledge of housekeeping/facility management market trends.- Team Collaboration - Works effectively with internal operations teams for service delivery.Career Progression:High-performing Marketing Executives can progress to Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or Business Development Manager roles within the organization.
