Maximus - 2D/3D Designer - Events (4-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Content/Design)

Job Summary:Maximus Events is on the lookout for a creatively driven and technically skilled 2D/3D Designer to join our Design & Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating event briefs into captivating stage setups, exhibition spaces, thematic installations, and branding collaterals. You ll work closely with the client servicing, strategy, and production teams to bring events to life visually-on screen and on-ground.If you re someone who blends artistic flair with technical precision, thrives in high-energy environments, and is passionate about creating immersive event experiences-this role is for you.Key Responsibilities :- Design 3D event setups including stage layouts, exhibition booths, brand zones, kiosks, and other physical spaces as per client briefs.- Create high-quality 2D artworks for event branding including backdrops, standees, invites, banners, digital screens, and social media collaterals.- Work closely with the creative director and client servicing team to interpret briefs and translate them into creative visuals and mockups.- Deliver realistic 3D renders using appropriate lighting, textures, and proportions aligned to event themes and production feasibility.- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, production capabilities, and budget parameters.- Collaborate with vendors and production teams to ensure design intent is maintained through fabrication and on-ground execution.- Create and maintain design libraries, material boards, and thematic visual references.- Adapt designs swiftly based on client feedback or last-minute event changes.- Stay updated with trends in event staging, experiential environments, and design technology.Key Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in 2D and 3D design roles in the event, exhibition, or creative industry.- Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, spatial layouts, brand zones, and render visuals.- Proficient in 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and V-Ray or similar rendering tools.- Good understanding of spatial planning, perspective, event branding, and structural feasibility.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple event projects under tight deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.- A keen sense of color theory, typography, and composition.Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or related creative field.- Familiarity with stage lighting, digital LED layouts, and large-format print specs.- Exposure to MICE events, brand activations, and large-format experiences.
