This role involves managing and expanding the customer base, developing distribution channels (such as agents, brokers, or bank partners), and achieving assigned sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.- Manage performance across multiple locations within the assigned region.- Monitor sales KPIs such as policy volume, premium collections, and customer acquisition.- Build and manage relationships with channel partners such as agents, banks, brokers, or corporate clients.- Identify new distribution opportunities and onboard new partners.- Provide ongoing support and engagement to improve partner productivity.- Achieve regional sales targets consistently.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
