Job Description
Role: Regional Sales Manager (International)Job Description:Export Sales & Business Development:- Develop and implement export strategies to drive sales of premium groundnut oil, sesame oil, and peanut snacks in international markets (In particular UAE Market)- Identify and establish new business relationships with distributors and customers in B2C and modern trade sectors across assigned regions.- Manage end-to-end export processes, from market research and lead generation to negotiating contracts and closing sales.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in target international markets.Distributor Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure product availability and consistent sales growth.- Provide ongoing support and training to distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and product knowledge to succeed.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional activities to align with company objectives and market conditions.Brand Promotion & Marketing:- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events that enhance brand presence in international markets.- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all channels, particularly modern trade and B2C sales.Supply Chain & Logistics Management:- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international distributors and customers.- Monitor and resolve any issues related to shipping, documentation, or product quality during the export process.Sales Reporting & Forecasting:- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities.Compliance & Regulatory:- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards for export activities.Stay updated on changes in international trade policies and regulations that could impact the export of food products.Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Lead and manage a small team of export professionals (if applicable) to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of export strategies.Only male profilesExp:- 5 to 8 years(Retail export sales)Impressive: Candidates who have experience in FMCG product export to B2C directly also has strong distribution network in international.Budget: 8L to 10L(fixed vp)Notice: 30 days maximum (ref:updazz.com)
