-At Premas Life Sciences, we are deeply committed to advancing in Clinical Genomics and are actively exploring avenues to strengthen our presence in this segment.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify sales/marketing leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and follow-up.- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to understand product offerings and customer requirements.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via phone or web-based tools.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in CRM systems.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide insightful solutions to customers.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology, life sciences, or B2B industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
