Area Sales Manager - BFSI (6-10 Yrs) Mumbai/Thane (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 5-8 on-roll employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Sales, Agency Sales, or TPA, with a preference for those with experience in Health, Life, and General Insurance, particularly with GMC/GPI products.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 5-8 sales employees, providing guidance, support, and performance management.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and TPAs.- Drive group sales/corporate sales, with a focus on health insurance products.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Qualifications:- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Agency Sales, or TPA, preferably in Health, Life, and General Insurance.- Strong knowledge and experience with GMC/GPI products.- Demonstrated experience in group sales/corporate sales, particularly in health insurance.- Previous experience in a branch manager or team handling role with a stable career history.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.- Age preferably below 35 years.Desired Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- High level of integrity and professionalism.Education:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
