Key Responsibilities

1. Understanding Hiring Requirements
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and role expectations.
   • Develop job descriptions and specifications based on discussions with department heads.
   • Gain clarity on technical skills, educational qualifications, and soft skills required for each role.
2. Talent Sourcing & Attraction
   • Identify potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, career fairs, and campus drives.
   • Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Glassdoor to attract quality candidates.
   • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
   • Promote the organization s brand to create awareness and attract top talent.
3. Resume Review & Screening
   • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that closely match job requirements.
   • Conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews to evaluate communication skills, career goals, and overall suitability.
   • Administer assessments or screening tests if required for technical and specialized roles.
4. Interview Coordination
   • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring smooth communication.
   • Share interview details, guidelines, and feedback collection forms with both parties.
   • Assist in panel coordination for group discussions, technical rounds, or assessment centers.
5. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding
   • Discuss job offers, salary structures, benefits, and other compensation elements with shortlisted candidates.
   • Negotiate salary expectations while balancing organizational budget and candidate satisfaction.
   • Release offer letters and ensure candidates accept the offer within deadlines.
   • Coordinate with HR operations for seamless onboarding and induction of new hires.
6. Maintaining Recruitment Metrics
   • Track hiring statistics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
   • Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
   • Evaluate effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
7. Market Awareness & Recruitment Trends
   • Stay updated about current hiring practices, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities.
   • Explore innovative recruitment methods like employer branding, employee advocacy, and virtual career fairs.
   • Suggest improvements in recruitment policies and processes.
