Data Entry - Non-Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Management
   • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of information in company databases, CRMs, spreadsheets, or other specialized tools.
   • Verify accuracy of data before entering to avoid duplication or errors.
   • Regularly review and cross-check existing records to ensure information is up to date.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
   • Maintain electronic records in a systematic and organized manner.
   • Convert physical documents into digital formats through scanning and indexing.
   • Store and categorize files to allow quick and easy retrieval when required.
3. Data Verification & Validation
   • Compare data entered with source documents to detect inconsistencies.
   • Perform quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in processed records.
   • Flag discrepancies or incomplete records to supervisors for resolution.
4. Process Support
   • Assist various departments such as accounts, HR, sales, operations, or logistics with accurate data updates.
   • Generate reports and summaries from databases for management use.
   • Support auditing teams by providing timely and reliable information.
5. Compliance & Confidentiality
   • Handle sensitive data (customer details, financial information, medical records, etc.) with strict confidentiality.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and data protection norms such as GDPR or HIPAA (where applicable).
