Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation. -& & & & & & & & & Follow-Up:& Call patients for follow-up appointments, feedback, or to check on their health status post-treatment. -& & & & & & & & & Performance Metrics:& Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volumes, patient interactions, and lead generation.
