Job Summary: Call 2 Connect is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in sales processes within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agent performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes.
Ensure compliance with quality and sales guidelines.
Identify training needs and recommend process improvements.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance agent performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Quality Analyst in a BPO, preferably in sales
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Language: Fluent in English & Basic Hindi
Gender: Male & Female Both eligible
Shift Timing: Day Shift (09:30 AM 06:30 PM)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Interview Details: Mode: Face-to-Face
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 35,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
