Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, handling customer queries, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets . This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with people .

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database or leads.
• Explain company products/services and create interest among potential customers .
• Generate quality leads and forward them to the sales team for conversion.
• Maintain a high conversion ratio by effective pitching techniques.

2. Inbound Call Handling

• Attend inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently .
• Provide detailed product information and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Promote products/services to customers and convince them to make a purchase .
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize revenue.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.
• Update customer information in CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention .

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain call logs and prepare daily and weekly reports .
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Share customer feedback with the management team for process improvement.
