Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and manage new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals .
• Build a strong client base by proactively reaching out to prospective buyers and investors .
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, and property promotions .

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements regarding property preferences, budget, and location .
• Present available projects, pricing, payment plans, and features effectively.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

3. Property Sales & Negotiation

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction .
• Assist clients with documentation, loan processing, and registration formalities .

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings .
• Provide insights to the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies .
• Recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand patterns .

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the sales manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, legal, and loan-related support .
