& Role Description
This is a full-time work from Home role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including new business development, lead generation, managing client accounts, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities:
1. Engaging with customers through professional email and phone communications.

2. Delivering superior customer service to foster strong client relationships.

3. Overseeing sales workflow and maintaining detailed records in CRM databases.

4. Collaborating effectively with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

5. Developing and executing comprehensive online sales strategies.
