Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals .
• Approach new customers and present company products/services effectively.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-ups.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients .
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions .
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and concerns .

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection .
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience .

4. Market Research & Business Expansion

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences .
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for market penetration.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities .

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and conversions .
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Update CRM tools or Excel sheets for proper tracking and follow-ups.
