Required Security Guard - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

1. Premises & Asset Protection

• Monitor and safeguard company property, employees, and visitors .
• Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure only authorized personnel have access.
• Regularly patrol premises to ensure security and safety compliance .

2. Access Control & Surveillance

• Manage entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Check ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain proper logbook records .
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security alarms to detect suspicious activity.

3. Incident Handling & Reporting

• Respond quickly to emergencies, security breaches, or suspicious activities .
• Handle theft, fire, accidents, or medical emergencies as per company protocol.
• Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident logs to the supervisor.

4. Customer & Staff Assistance

• Assist visitors, employees, and clients in locating offices or departments.
• Provide basic guidance and support in case of emergencies.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and approachable attitude .

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure fire safety measures and emergency exits are functional.
• Participate in regular safety drills and security training sessions .
