Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to sell products or services, answer questions, and build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and call center software.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
