Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach

• Identify potential customers through market research, online platforms, and field visits .
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media .
• Support the team in building a strong sales pipeline .

2. Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in pitching products and services to potential clients.
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations .
• Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to convert them into sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain client databases and contact records .
• Build rapport with new and existing customers.
• Provide after-sales support under the supervision of the sales manager.

4. Marketing & Promotions

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product demonstrations .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate brand awareness .
• Assist in digital marketing initiatives , including social media promotions.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads generated and sales achieved.
• Share updates with the supervisor on market trends and customer feedback.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and promotional activities .
