Required Equity Dealer - Surat

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Equity Dealer to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders on behalf of clients , providing real-time stock market updates , advising on trading strategies , and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines . This role requires strong analytical skills, quick decision-making abilities , and an in-depth understanding of financial markets, equity trading, and investment products .

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Trading Execution

• Execute buy and sell orders for clients on the stock exchange platform.
• Provide real-time market insights, trading tips, and investment advice based on client profiles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

2. Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor stock prices, indices, and market trends continuously.
• Analyze financial reports, company performance, and industry news to support trading decisions.
• Keep clients informed about market movements, stock recommendations, and investment opportunities .

3. Portfolio Management Support

• Assist clients in creating and managing investment portfolios .
• Provide guidance on short-term and long-term trading strategies .
• Regularly track portfolio performance and suggest necessary adjustments.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company compliance guidelines .
• Verify client KYC documents and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
• Monitor trades to minimize risk exposure and ensure accuracy in order execution.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate trade records, transaction reports, and client data .
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports to the management.
• Handle reconciliation of trades and client accounts as required.
