Role: Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern at LilKicks, you ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and sales strategies while working with a fast-growing youth brand. Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns .
• Help manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to increase brand visibility .
• Support in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns .

2. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Collect and analyze data to identify new opportunities and business insights .
• Share findings with the marketing team for strategy building and decision-making .

3. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online platforms.
• Help manage email campaigns and newsletters for customer retention.
• Engage with customers via social media, chat, or community forums .

4. Content Creation & Branding

• Contribute to blogs, articles, and marketing copy for websites and campaigns.
• Design simple creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma .
• Ensure all content aligns with the company s brand guidelines .

5. Event & Campaign Support

• Assist in organizing offline and online events, webinars, and promotional activities .
• Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners for marketing collaborations .
• Track and report campaign performance metrics to improve strategies.
