Front Office Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Front Office Executive , preferably male , to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing guest queries efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times. Knowledge of WINHMS or similar hotel management software will be considered a strong advantage. Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English are required.
