Sales And Marketing Executive

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services , acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales and marketing targets . Since this role involves frequent client visits , the candidate must own a bike and have a valid driving license .

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation & Client Acquisition

• Visit potential customers daily to promote products and services.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and references .
• Convert prospects into confirmed clients and close deals effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .

2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company s products.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials during field visits.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the local market.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients .
• Understand customer requirements and provide the best possible solutions.
• Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction .
• Maintain a strong follow-up system for lead conversion.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily visit reports and update the management about field activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for ad campaigns and promotional activities .
• Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve strategies.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass ; Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome; experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools .
• Understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics .

Other Requirements

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license .
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
