Sales Executive - Field

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Visit potential customers daily to promote products and services.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals .
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to clients.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and follow up on pending deals.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction .
• Gather customer feedback and convey it to the management team.

4. Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities

• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and marketing materials during client visits.
• Promote the company s brand image in the local market.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and outdoor marketing campaigns .

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and conversion details .
• Share regular updates with the sales manager regarding field activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for better client support.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools .
• Understanding of sales strategies and lead generation techniques .
