Required Operator - Delhi

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine / Equipment Operation

• Operate assigned machines or equipment as per company guidelines.
• Set up, calibrate, and start machines for production processes.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments if needed.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards .
• Report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols .

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Identify issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Keep machines and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained .

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Record production data, machine performance, and shift reports.
• Update logs on output, downtime, and maintenance activities .
• Follow instructions provided by the supervisor regarding production targets.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies .
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions .
• Immediately report unsafe practices or hazards to management.
