• Full-time: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Part-time: 10:00 AM 3:00 PM

Introduction

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to handle the picking, packing, and managing of artificial jewellery in our warehouse. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented , with basic knowledge of English and computers . Both full-time and part-time positions are available for candidates who are committed, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Picking & Packing

• Accurately pick artificial jewellery items as per order details.
• Pack products neatly and securely to avoid damage during shipping.
• Cross-check order quantities and product details before packing.
• Label and tag packages as per company guidelines.

2. Warehouse Organization & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Arrange inventory systematically for easy accessibility.
• Regularly restock shelves and bins when items are low.
• Ensure all products are stored safely and securely.

3. Inventory Management

• Update stock details in the warehouse system.
• Assist in stock counting , maintaining inventory levels, and tracking stock movement.
• Report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.

4. Basic Computer Work

• Use simple software or spreadsheets to record incoming and outgoing stock.
• Generate labels, packing slips, and order details using the system.
• Coordinate with the team for order updates and stock status.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English (reading & understanding).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout the day.
• Experience: Prior warehouse experience preferred but freshers can apply .

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.

Work Schedule

• Full-time: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Part-time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
