Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1)& & & & Quotation Management & & & & & & Prepare and send Proforma Invoices (Sales Quotes) to dealers and customers across the Indian Subcontinent. & 2)& & & Customer & Dealer Communication & & & & & & Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers, customers, and the sales team regarding: a.& & & Order confirmations b.& & & Payment status and outstanding dues & & & & & & Maintain professional and timely communication to support relationship management. & & & & & & Support Dealers for Tenders (authorization/Quality Documents)/Renewal of Yearly Authorizations/Dealer Agreement. 3)& & & Order Processing Coordination & & & & & & Complete Order processing communication with Halma India team, Sales Team, and Dealers for seamless execution of orders. & & & & & & Track the status of orders and proactively address any delays or issues. & 4)& & & Sales Pipeline Management & & & & & & Maintaining & Updating Sales Pipeline with the input from Sales Team.
