Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Operations

• Pick up parcels, food items, or products from the company, warehouse, or partner locations.
• Deliver items to customers accurately, safely, and within the specified timelines.
• Verify recipient details before delivery and obtain signatures or confirmations where necessary.
• Handle fragile, perishable, or valuable goods carefully to avoid damages.

2. Route Planning & Time Management

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Use GPS navigation and mapping tools to avoid traffic and delays.
• Inform the supervisor in case of unexpected delays or route changes.
• Achieve daily delivery targets and maintain consistent on-time performance.

3. Cash Handling & Digital Payments

• Collect payment from customers when applicable (COD Cash on Delivery).
• Handle digital payment receipts and confirmations securely.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and submit them to the accounts team.
• Ensure zero discrepancies in billing and payment reconciliation.

4. Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and maintain a professional and friendly attitude during deliveries.
• Answer basic customer queries regarding the product or order status.
• Report any customer complaints, feedback, or delivery-related issues to the supervisor.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company s service reputation.

5. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure the two-wheeler is in good working condition at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance checks such as fuel, tire pressure, brakes, and lights.
• Follow road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company safety policies .
• Immediately report any accidents, vehicle damage, or breakdowns to the management.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Update the delivery status in mobile apps or company systems.
• Submit daily delivery reports, cash summaries, and issue logs.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions as instructed.
