Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical fittings and assembly operations .
• Understanding of tools like spanners, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches , etc.
• Ability to read simple engineering drawings and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, gauges, and micrometers (training will be provided if required).

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a production environment .
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment .

• Physically fit to handle assembly tasks and comfortable working on shop floors .
