Required Sales Manager - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify potential clients and generate leads for LAP (Loan Against Property). Build and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Sales Associates) and channel partners.
Sales Process Management: Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal teams . Monitor the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and offer suitable LAP solutions. Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Key Skill & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, or related field. 3 years minimum experience in Retail loans -Mortgage & Managing Business from DSA-DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATES Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.& Proficient with CRM software and office applications
